 Frank was born and raised in Brooklyn, but has had the privilege of being a Staten Island resident for the past 17 years. Having had his first taste of the real estate market as a licensed agent in Brooklyn at the age of 19, Frank has continuously worked between the boroughs to get a strong sense of what each market is offering and where the current trends in the real estate market are heading.

With over 23 years of business and sales experience, Frank has developed a proven track record for meeting client and investor objectives.

His talent for analyzing situations, offering creative solutions, project concept and management has helped not only his real estate brokerage business but has led to a successful syndication of business managing a diverse range of assets.

Frank's philosophy of being engaged not in a real estate transaction, but a relationship, with a customer, client and neighborhood, is matched with enthusiasm and passion for real estate. In addition to being active in the real estate community, Frank is a member of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, the former Chair of the Historic Tappen Park Community Partnership, and a director for The Staten Island Board Of Realtors.

Maria Dannunzio Real Estate Sales Person

Maria Dannunzio has been in the Real Estate business for 4 years. After completing her bachelors degree in Science from the CUNY School of Professional Studies in  December 2017 she decided to get her Real Estate License. For the past 4 years Maria has been working behind the scenes at Cornerstone Realty focusing on Marketing, Property Management, Project Management, and day to day operations within the firm. She has been an assistant to Francis Rizzo, Broker of Cornerstone Realty, and looks to him as her mentor in the business.

Starting her career at Cornerstone, Maria was the head of the marketing department where she used her graphic design and computer knowledge to create marketing material for the public. She has designed all of the advertising that has been used within the company, including internet emails, facebook posts, photo showcases and property brochures. She enjoys design and capturing the feel of a home through pictures. Maria has also learned the skill of using the Matterport Camera that allows for the client to have a virtual walk through of various properties.

Cornerstone Realty has a strong involvement with bank owned REO properties. Maria has assisted in the  process of turning over these properties from start to finish. She has aided in managing dozens of home renovations and has work hands on in Department of Buildings, Environmental Control Board, and Department of Housing Preservation and Development violation correction. She loves a challenge and no task is too big for her to handle. 

Maria has worked with many different types of property transactions in her career. She has been involved in deals for residential homes, multifamily homes, and commercial properties. She has also aided in property management of  multi-family units; this included tenant relations, maximizing property value, and maintenance of multiple buildings. 

Maria now wants to step on the other side of the business and engage with clients on a buyer and seller basis. She feels that with her background and skills in the  business she can provide great service to all types of clients. Maria has always been a people person and she finds that one of her strengths is being able to engage well with others. 

Marvin Henick Real Estate Associate Broker

Cornerstone Realty is proud to announce the arrival of Marvin Henick. He brings his wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom to the company. He has been an active member on the Staten Island  Board of Realtors for 53 years. “For as long as I have been in the business, Marvin has been a mentor to me. In a relatively short period of time, Frank has become one of the top producing agents on Staten Island, earning a reputation for completing transactions, effective follow through and understanding of the nuances of the residential or commercial transactions that he has been involved in.

Erica Orlando is a former Elementary school teacher turned Realtor. Helping people is a part of her nature, which makes her someone who can be trusted to do whatever she can to bring a smile to another's face. Helping people began when Erica became an Elementary school teacher at a school in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Each and every day was dedicated to helping each child become successful, leaving no child behind. After leaving teaching, Erica wanted to make sure she stayed in a field where she was helping and serving the population. She became passionate about Real Estate and followed through on her desire to become a Realtor. Erica began her Real Estate Career in Manhattan and later decided to also service the borough that she loves and also lives in, Staten Island. Born in Brooklyn, Erica understands the move that many people are making over the bridge today as they too come to Staten Island. Anthony Fazzia is a graduate from Monsignor Farrell High School and St. John’s University on Staten Island.  He studied and earned a degree in Business Management, where he learned management from a marketing, strategical, technological, and operational standpoint. Being a Staten Island resident for 22 years, he understands the borough very well and is excited for the opportunity to work diligently with others and put his strengths of planning, organizing, leading, and executing to the forefront in the real estate market.

Jonathan George - Real Estate Sales Person

Jonathan George is a Staten Island native. Born and raised in Tottenville, Jonathan graduated from The College of Staten Island in 2012 with a degree in finance. Following his degree, he became a stock broker. For a year and a half he learned valuable skills in people relations and money management. Jonathan decided that his passion was more in the Real Estate industry than working in a stock brokerage firm. 

Johnathan began a career as a property manager for multiple offices and multifamily homes in the New Jersey and New York area, and it was during this time that he decided to become a license real estate agent. He chose to join Cornerstone Realty because of prior dealings with the firm. He is eager to learn and wants a long term career in the industry. Jonathan states, ”Working with Cornerstone Realty is about the quality of the environment and the professionals that he interacts with on a day to day basis.”
