Frank was born and raised in Brooklyn, but has had the privilege of being a Staten Island resident for the past 17 years. Having had his first taste of the real estate market as a licensed agent in Brooklyn at the age of 19, Frank has continuously worked between the boroughs to get a strong sense of what each market is offering and where the current trends in the real estate market are heading.
